Merlin M842 Aftermarket Remote 433Mhz
Description
Merlin M842.
Replaces both Large and Small Green 2 button remotes and Green 4 button remote.
Programming Instructions:
For models 2001-2003 - at the rear of the motor, there is a cutout (may have a cover) next to a row of screw-type heads. The red 'Learn/Delete' button is located there.
For models 2003 on - remove the light cover then remove the coloured plastic rectangular strip located underneath. This will reveal a red 'Learn/Delete' button.
1. Press the Learn/Delete button on the garage door motor for 1-2 seconds (until the light begins to flash).
2. Press and release the UNLOCK button on the remote, then press and release the LOCK button on the remote. The light will stop flashing & your new remote is programmed.
The UNLOCK button will operate the door and the LOCK button will operate the light.
To delete all remotes press and hold the 'Learn/Delete' button for 10 seconds.
