Description
Also reverse compatible with PTX5 Orange button remote.
Programming Instructions:
1. Press and hold the Blue 'Door Code' button on the garage door opener or 'SW1' or 'SW2' on the receiver board (garage door motor).
2. On the new remote, press the button you would like to use, for 2 seconds.
3. Release the remote button and wait for 2 seconds.
4. Press the same button again for 2 seconds.
5. Release the 'Door Code; or 'SW' button
6. Test your remote.
Programming an existing remote to a new remote:
1. Take any existing remote. Press the button which functions the garage door motor and release after activation.
2. On the existing remote, insert a small needle into the 'Coding Hole', press and hold firmly for 2 seconds.
3. Within 10 seconds on the new remote, press and hold the button you would like to use for 2 seconds.
4. Release the remote button and wait for 2 seconds.
5. Press the same button again for 2 seconds.
6. Test your new remote.
Delete all remotes:
1. Turn off the receiver (garage door motor)
2. Press and hold the Blue 'Door Code' button on the garage door opener or 'SW1' on the receiver board. Turn on the power again, while holding the button. The coding LED will light up.
3. If you have any existing remotes, test to see they have been deleted.
